Inverness Park is a 109 unit, 55+ adult mobile home park located on Independence Highway north of Inverness Florida. The park was opened in 1973 and is 98% full with only a couple of empty lots.  Our lot rent is $400.00 per month which includes mowing. Double wide lots #106--#109, & 58 the lot rent is $435.00. Water is not included in rent, which usually runs about $35-$45 monthly. We have no club house or pool. There is RV/boat storage available for residents, however we do not have RV spaces for rent. Small pets under 15 lbs. are welcomed.

We offer home ownership only, no renting of units is allowed. We have a very nice and safe community here, all new residents are required to fill out an application/background check in order to live here. Our demographics are about 50% permanent residents, and 50% winter residents.

The park is located within a few hundred feet of the Withlacoochee State Trail System, which is used for walking and bicycling. We are only a mile or two from the Tsala Apopka lakes, and about 17 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.
